成分:人參,枸杞,甘草,川芎,當歸,黨篸,北茋,胡椒等十多種材料製成

材料:

#雞 1隻大概1.5kg

#A1药材帝王鸡香料粉 一包

#红枣 少许(泡水) 枸杞 少许(泡水)  

调味料: 蚝油 少许麻油 少许生抽 少许花调酒 少许胡椒粉

做法:

1.      先把雞和调味料,放进冰箱腌至隔夜入味!最好~至少要腌至3/4时左右!

2.      把雞鸡肉取出来,然后加入A1药材帝王鸡粉抹到均匀备用!

3.      然后准备袋內付送的錫箔紙,高密度塑膠,放进腌至好的雞再加入枸杞和红棗!

4.      將塑膠紙於角對角包緊把雞包起来,再以錫箔紙包在外!

5.      烧开蒸锅水,把雞肉放进蒸锅里蒸至3O分钟即可!
